CLAIMS NOTIFICATION
In the event of loss, written notice of claim should be given to us within thirty (30) days from the occurrence of loss, except for Death which should be notified to us immediately or at least within fifteen (15) days.
CLAIMS FORM COMPLETION
Download and print the relevant form and then complete the section(s) applicable to your Claim. Please ensure you sign the Claim form.
DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE
Provide any relevant supporting documents such as police report, medical reports, travel documents, boarding passes or e-tickets, receipts, etc. Supporting/relevant documents must be submitted to us within ninety (90) days from date of occurrence of loss.
SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENTS
Mail the completed Insurance Claim Form and the originals of all relevant documents to us.
CLAIMS PROCESSING
Evaluation of your claim will immediately commence upon submission of complete documentation and other requirements as detailed in the Insurance Claim Form. Please keep a copy of whatever you submit for your own records.
